The idea

Termin Booker was initially only planned as an additional feature in Course Finder, as some of our Course Finder customers were looking for a way for their customers to easily and conveniently arrange individual appointments such as personal coaching online in addition to courses. Since appointment bookings are not only required by course providers but are in principle of interest to many professional groups, such as masseurs, hairdressers, doctors, coaches, and (personal) trainers, etc., we quickly decided to offer the appointment booking function as a standalone product.

The first prototype

The first functioning version was quickly created within a year and was initially only integrated into Course Finder. As the number of users increased, we then launched Termin Booker as a standalone product in 2022.

VoiceBot

Since appointments are often made by phone in addition to online booking, we added a VoiceBot in mid-2023 so that older clients in particular who do not yet use smartphones can conveniently book appointments by phone.

Our aim: To make the conversation seem as natural as possible. To do this, we use the latest AI infrastructure so that the VoiceBot can take care of all important matters. This relieves the burden on reception and appointments can be booked 24 hours a day - both online and by phone.
